Functional training Class

Whether beginning a fitness journey or pushing towards your peak performance, Functional Training helps you to move better, feel better, and live better. Our simplified approach to training is based on seven basic movements. Learning them is all it takes to build a better body. Don't be nervous about not being able to do everything. All classes are customized to YOUR fitness level.

45-minute class
Monday thru Friday - 9:15 AM
Monday - 6 PM
Tuesday - 5 AM
Thursday - 5 AM & 6PM 
Saturday - 8 AM
